Lucas Romano is a bilingual live event producer, video engineer, and visual systems specialist based in Hallandale, Florida, at the heart of the Miami production scene. Since cutting his teeth on multi-stage touring events and broadcast-quality ceremonies, Lucas has built a reputation for bringing technical precision and creative vision to the same console. He operates fluently in English and Spanish, making him uniquely effective across South Florida's diverse event landscape, from intimate quinceañeras to international music festivals.
The range of his credits tells the story: Technical Director at Art With Me Festival's immersive Tulum-style production; Resolume Arena Operator for the Latin Grammy "Premios Especiales" ceremony; LED Video Engineer across multiple stages at Bonnaroo, running 137 panels on the iconic arch via Novastar MX40 Pro. Between major festival calls, Lucas designs Art Deco LED content for luxury galas, drives triple-screen general sessions for enterprise conferences, and serves as the independent Resolume operator that productions trust when it has to be right the first time.
In February 2026, Lucas founded Honey Comb Visuals LLC and established a permanent residency at Temple Solel, a seven-projector immersive installation mapping three walls and a grand piano in partnership with Artisan Foods Inc. It is a natural extension of his career: not just operating the technology, but owning the environment. From virtual LED volumes in Unreal Engine to live Resolume operation, he brings a full visual systems toolkit to every production he touches.
